My experience at this hotel was mixed. I loved the ambiance and location, but there were some serious issues, including theft and poor maintenance. Despite the friendly staff, my overall stay was marred by the lack of consistency in service and room quality.

The Reina Roja Hotel is a unique and stylish boutique hotel that truly stands out with its modern decor and ambiance. The location is prime, right on 5th Avenue, making it convenient for both shopping and dining. The service was unforgettable; the staff greeted me by name each morning, adding a personal touch that enhanced my stay. However, I did encounter issues during breakfast service that left a bit to be desired, affecting the overall experience. Despite this, the value for money is excellent, given the amenities and comfortable atmosphere.
